We give a grace period of 45 days before account termination after expiry. Kindly note that you have to contact our support team to find out if your website files are available.  Within that period we retain a backup of your files but is not a guarantee that the files will be available as there are various unique situations that may occur. Example, If your website was not loading before expiry, you should not expect it to load once the backup has been restored. Your account is backup as it is at the time the backup is being taken.
